Idaho fishing license required on the Idaho reach. Wyoming fishing license required on the Wyoming reach. IDFG Fishing Planner (2025-2027) lists no Crow Creek-specific special rule beyond regional daily limits. Wyoming Area 1 stream creel applies on the Wyoming bank: three trout, no more than one over 16 inches, no more than one cutthroat over 12 inches. Verify current IDFG and WGFD rules. Live baitfish prohibited in Wyoming Area 1.
