Regs — check current rules before you go
Middle Provo (Jordanelle Dam to Legacy Bridge): artificial flies and lures only, catch-and-release, 2-trout limit under 15 inches with all fish 15"+ released immediately. Legacy Bridge to Charleston: bait allowed, 4-trout limit any size. Lower Provo regulations vary by section — check Utah DWR current rules before fishing. Utah fishing license required.
