Regs — check current rules before you go
Gold Medal Waters: Taylor Park Reservoir Dam downstream to Almont. From the top of Taylor Dam downstream 325 yards: fishing prohibited as posted. From a point 325 yards below Taylor Dam downstream to the lower boundary of Taylor River State Wildlife Area, approximately 0.4 mile: artificial flies and lures only, all trout must be returned to the water immediately. Below the State Wildlife Area to Almont, standard statewide bag and possession limits apply. Colorado fishing license required for anglers 16 and older. Verify the current Colorado Fishing Brochure for exact boundaries.
