Artificial flies and lures only in designated Blue Ribbon sections below Echo Reservoir. Special access regulations apply to the upper Weber between Holiday Park and Echo Reservoir per 2023 Utah Supreme Court ruling — anglers must stay within the active streambed. Standard Utah fishing license required. Check DWR for current WIA boundaries.
