USFS Caribou-Targhee Tincup Campground. Official coordinates 43.00491834, -111.1016758. Five single units and restrooms, no water. Fly Fish Food notes most of the best water is paralleled by Idaho Highway 34 through the forest from the Wyoming line upstream. Pull off only on public land.

Tincup Creek is a Salt River tributary in Bonneville and Caribou Counties, Idaho. Idaho Fish and Game lists it at 33.1 miles. It is paralleled by Idaho Highway 34, which makes roadside wade access straightforward on public stretches.
No live USGS streamgage exists on Tincup Creek. Do not invent a flow number. Tincup Campground (USFS 43.00491834, -111.1016758) is the mapped forest access. Trout Unlimited and Caribou-Targhee National Forest restored meanders here from 2017 to 2020 for Yellowstone cutthroat and other native fish, including northern leatherside chub.
