Regs — check current rules before you go

Wyoming fishing license required. Area 1 stream creel: three trout per day or in possession, no more than one trout over 16 inches, and no more than one cutthroat over 12 inches, unless posted otherwise. Greys River proper from Corral Creek downstream to Murphy Creek Bridge in Lincoln County: artificial flies and lures only (Wyoming Game and Fish Area 1 regulations, updated January 7, 2026). Live baitfish are prohibited in Area 1. Verify current WGFD rules before fishing.
