Regs — check current rules before you go

Wyoming fishing license required. Area 1 stream creel: three trout per day or in possession, no more than one trout over 16 inches, and no more than one cutthroat over 12 inches, unless posted otherwise (WGFD Area 1, updated January 7, 2026). Live baitfish prohibited in Area 1. Upper Hoback around Bondurant is largely private. Stay on national forest, highway right-of-way, and posted access. Verify current WGFD rules.
