Wyoming fishing license required. WGFD Blue Ribbon is a biomass rating (more than 600 pounds of trout per mile), not a separate license. Verify current Wyoming Game and Fish regulations for the Shoshone drainage before fishing. Stay on WGFD public access areas and other public land. Private land is not required to be posted.
